Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse with Operating Room experience for a 13-week assignment in California. The RN will circulate, cover room turnovers, and participate in an on-call weekend schedule. Flu vaccination is required, Epic charting experience is preferred, and CA RN license is mandatory.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of OR experience, and will float as needed, supporting high-volume spine, orthopedic, and bariatric procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Description:The role requires a registered nurse to work in the operating room.Candidates must have experience circulating in a variety of procedures.The position requires one 24-hour weekend call per month.Floating between units may be necessary.On-call duties are approximately one weekday per week and one weekend day per month.Candidates are expected to be responsible for multiple procedures in a single shift.RN will assist with room turnovers and follow call expectations.High volume cases include spine, orthopedic, and bariatric procedures.The daily patient census ranges from 15 to 20 cases.Interdisciplinary support is available from various departments.Preferred experience in a small community hospital setting.The registered nurse will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
