Village Caregiving, LLC, headquartered in Barboursville, WV, is hiring a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations to join our team in Cheyenne, WY. This role emphasizes evaluation and coordination of care in clients’ homes, not routine bedside nursing.

You will oversee clinical operations, ensure quality and compliance, educate caregivers and staff, and support branch growth. Required: RN license, CPR, strong assessment and communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing client assessments.
• Develop Plans of Care based on evaluation of client condition and home environment.
• Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance.
• Educate and support caregivers and office staff.
• Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams.
• Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives.
