VillageCaregiving in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations to lead clinical operations, compliance, and growth for the organization’s Martinsburg office. The role emphasizes evaluation, coordination, and oversight of care rather than bedside nursing, supporting families and staff in home-based settings.

The position focuses on assessment, care coordination, and ensuring quality through effective documentation and team collaboration.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Complete initial and ongoing client assessments.
• Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care.
• Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance.
• Educate and support caregivers and office staff.
• Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams.
• Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives.
