Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our OR Team on a per diem basis. The role involves complete assessments, medication administration, and collaborating with physicians to plan care for each patient.

Winchester Hospital is a Magnet-designated 223-bed regional hospital recognized in the northwest suburbs of Boston. We emphasize patient education and care coordination, with competitive hourly pay ($39.00–$93.14) and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Pay Range:

$39.00 - $93.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
