Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery team. You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians to plan optimal care.

You will educate patients and their loved ones, work closely with a multidisciplinary obstetric team, and contribute to high-quality maternity services at a 5x Magnet designated regional hospital in the northwest suburban Boston area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Unit-specific work experience preferred.

Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area.

As a Registered Nurse for our Labor & Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

This is a per diem position.

Pay Range:

$36.00 - $90.14
