Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. The RN must be licensed in Georgia and hold BLS certification, with BSN preferred and two years of RN experience recommended. ACLS/PALS/NRP or similar certs are also valued.

The role is based at Northside Hospital, Atlanta area, following standard shifts and hospital protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and safety across units.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• BSN degree preferred.
• Two years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) preferred.
• ACLs/PALS/NRP or other clinical certifications preferred.
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

Responsibilities

• Independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients per physician orders and established guidelines.
• Adheres to Georgia Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies in daily nursing duties.

Responsibilities

The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
