Job description

This role serves as a leader in the delivery of patient care, applying the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. The leader delegates, directs, and assists licensed and ancillary team members, holds accountability for quality patient outcomes, demonstrates sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity, and actively participates in achieving unit and departmental strategic goals. Physical and Environmental Demands
