Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing with NM license or compact licensure.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications at time of hire.
• Experience in perioperative or OR setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgeries.
• Advocate for patient safety and coordinate care among surgical team.
• Verify consents, confirm surgical site and procedure.
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure equipment readiness.
• Supervise LPNs and assist with orientation and quality initiatives.
