Qualifications

• RN license in Massachusetts (required).
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required).
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire/transfer.
• PALS or ENPC required within 3 months of hire/transfer.
• 1–3 years Operating Room experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Diploma acceptable per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform circulating nurse duties in the OR.
• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
