Job summary

Responsibilities

• Daily care of the patient including admissions, assessments, treatments, medications, education and discharge planning.
• Develops, implements and modifies the patient care plan as indicated by patient’s conditions and responses, using multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Administer medications using barcode scanning.
• Ensures all required documentation completed in ORM within Meditech for all surgical patients.
• Demonstrates adequacy in EDM tracker and PCS.
• Respectful and effective communication with all patient populations, physicians, and across all areas of continuum of care.
