Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Little Falls, Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care, perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.

You will monitor vitals, administer medications safely, and participate in evidence-based practices to support patient recovery and outcomes. Previous hospital experience and ACLS/CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to perform skilled nursing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
• Develops and individualizes patient-centered care plans based on assessment findings, physician orders, and evidence-based practice.
• Sets measurable patient goals and outcomes.
• Administers medications safely and accurately via various routes, including oral, intravenous, subcutaneous, and intramuscular, according to physician orders and hospital policy.
• Performs skilled nursing procedures, treatments, and interventions as prescribed (e.g., wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, ventilator management oversight).
• Monitors and interprets patient vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic test findings, taking appropriate action.
