Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care per physician orders and guidelines in the Georgia scope of practice.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, hold a GA RN license in good standing with BLS certification; BSN preferred, with at least two years of RN experience. Additional life-support credentials (ACLS/PALS/NRP) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• BSN degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
