RN Med Surg Tele Full Time Nights Position Summary
This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role supports the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintains clinical staff competency, and manages resources related to patient care.
Education
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Certification
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law, regulation, or policy. CPR certification is also required.
