Job summary

Ironwood Women's Centers is seeking an experienced Oncology RN to float across our West Valley locations (Goodyear, Surprise, Glendale) and provide infusion and chemotherapy care. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to compassionate cancer care and patient safety.

The role requires an AZ RN license, ONS chemo/biBio certification or OCN, CPR, and a valid driver's license, with ability to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN license required.
• ONS Chemo/Bio Certification or OCN required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in outpatient oncology or infusion nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments.
• Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately.

We're seeking experienced Oncology RNs to provide coverage across our infusion centers-providing a critical part in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment, while working in, team-based environments.

This position will float between our West Locations of Goodyear/Surprise/Glendale.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments
• Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately

• Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams

• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
