Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers in Arizona is seeking an experienced Oncology RN to join our infusion teams with a sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.

This full-time float role covers Glendale/Phoenix, Scottsdale/Dobson, and East Valley locations, delivering chemotherapy, monitoring reactions, and ensuring patient safety in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN License.
• ONS Chemo/Bio Certification or OCN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments.
• Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
• Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams.
• Document accurately within EMR systems.
• Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times.

Join Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers as aOncology RN and bring your expertise to a team that’s redefining cancer care.

We’re seeking experienced Oncology RNs to provide coverage across our infusion centers—providing a critical part in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment, while working in, team-based environments.

This position will float between our Central Locations of Glendale/Phoenix, Scottsdale/Dobson, and cover in the East Valley as well when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments
• Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams
• Document accurately within EMR systems
• Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in outpatient oncology or infusion nursing
• Comfortable with varying workflows and patient volumes
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Reliable and able to travel between locations

Required Qualifications
