Job summary

Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers seeks an Oncology RN to float across our West Valley infusion centers, providing chemotherapy and infusion care to patients while collaborating with diverse clinical teams. The role requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication to ensure patient-centered care.

Travel between Goodyear, Surprise, and Glendale locations is required. Active AZ RN license, OCN or chemo/bio certification, CPR, and a valid driver's license are essential

• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments.

Join Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers as aOncology RN and bring your expertise to a team that’s redefining cancer care.

We’re seeking experienced Oncology RNs to provide coverage across our infusion centers—providing a critical part in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment, while working in, team-based environments.

This position will float between our West Locations of Goodyear/Surprise/Glendale.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments
• Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams
• Document accurately within EMR systems
• Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in outpatient oncology or infusion nursing
• Comfortable with varying workflows and patient volumes
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Reliable and able to travel between locations

Required Qualifications
