Job summary

ProMedica Central Physicians is seeking an RN Coordinator in Oncology at Flower Hospital. You will provide specialized nursing care within a comprehensive team, using evidence-based practice to support patients, families, and physicians.

You will communicate using information systems to enhance care decisions and ensure a patient-centered approach, with responsibilities in ongoing coordination and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS (American Heart Association).
• 1 year or greater of oncology experience (preferred).
• OCN certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an oncology setting.
• Integrate evidence with clinical expertise and patient/family preferences.
• Communicate using information and technology to support decision making and mitigate errors.
