Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking an RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician to provide expert nursing care in outpatient infusion settings, administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies with safety and cultural sensitivity.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, with flexibility to float between sites and contribute to quality improvement.

Qualifications

Role:

The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician provides expert nursing care in an outpatient infusion setting, administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and hazardous drugs for malignant and nonmalignant conditions.

Responsibilities:

They perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver safe, culturally sensitive, relationship-based care. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure documentation accuracy, and support performance improvement initiatives. The role includes serving as a preceptor, participating in staff education, and contributing to protocol development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be a licensed RN with knowledge of oncology infusion therapy, current clinical practice standards, and chemotherapy competence. Strong critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and cultural competency skills are essential. Commitment to continuing education and professional development, including oncology certification, is required.
