Speare Memorial Hospital seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Oncology department in Plymouth, NH. This part-time role focuses on providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the patient care team to meet goals and ensure patient safety.

The ideal candidate will hold an NH RN license, have a current BLS certification, and demonstrate strong leadership and critical thinking in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing (required).
• Current NH RN license (required).
• BLS certification (adult, child, infant) (required).
• Bachelor of Nursing preferred; hospital experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on NH Scope of Nursing practice and hospital policy; develop care plans within 24 hours of admission.
• Delegate and oversee care by LPNs/LNAs and other staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Participate in efforts to reduce adverse events and protect patient information; act ethically in all areas of practice.
• Collaborate effectively with the patient care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
