Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse in Oncology Med/Surg for a 13-week assignment in Birmingham, AL. You will work 3x12 hour night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15, with 36 guaranteed hours weekly, and float within a 25-mile radius.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years' acute care Med/Surg experience, BLS and NIHSS certifications, and are comfortable with unit ratios of 6:1, navy scrubs dress code, and using IV pumps and vital sign machines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN/Med‑Surg experience in an acute care setting.
• Oncology, palliative, post‑operative bariatric care, and med/surg overflow experience preferred.
• Must hold RN license and BLS; NIHSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a 3x12 hour night shift (18:45–07:15) with 36 guaranteed hours weekly.
• Float within a 25‑mile radius to support multiple facilities as needed.
