Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights is hiring an RN - Occupational Health to develop and monitor care plans, perform assessments, and coordinate with physicians and staff. The role requires Illinois RN licensure, BSN, ACLS/BLS, and experience in ICU/ER, wound ostomy, and radiology nursing.
You will educate patients, support clinical education, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with per diem as needed; occasional travel may be required.
Competenze
- Requires RN license in Illinois and BSN.
- Experience in ICU/ER preferred.
- Experience in wound ostomy and radiology nursing preferred.
- ACLS and BLS required.

- Develops a care plan and evaluates outcomes.
- Performs patient assessment and health data collection.
- Communicates plan to patient, family, and care team.
- Educates patient and family on disease management.
