The role you’ll contribute:
The Employee Health Coordinator (EHC) shall develop, implement, and perform a variety of occupational and employee health programs and services to ensure employee/employer compliance with National, State, OSHA, AHCA and other regulatory agencies' guidelines. Additionally, may perform new hire and annual physical assessments, immunizations/TST, blood draws, blood/body fluid exposure surveillance, medical illness/injury triage, basic first aid, mask fit testing, drug screens.

EHC shall review, modify, and develop programs to ensure compliance with National, State, and Local regulatory guidelines.
EHC will be responsible for implementing above mentioned programs and training to the employee clinic staff, AdventHealth leaders, and employees.
EHC will function as a liaison between the employee health clinic, Human Resources, and Workers Compensation Department.
EHC shall maintain and present data regarding employee safety.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Required qualifications :
Associate’s degree
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
2 years of technical experience
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of AOHP guidelines, standard of care
Bachelor's degree
