The role you’ll contribute:

The Employee Health Coordinator (EHC) shall develop, implement, and perform a variety of occupational and employee health programs and services to ensure employee/employer compliance with National, State, OSHA, AHCA, and other regulatory agencies' guidelines. Additionally, the EHC may perform new hire and annual physical assessments, immunizations/TST, blood draws, blood/body fluid exposure surveillance, medical illness/injury triage, basic first aid, mask fit testing, and drug screens.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • The EHC shall review, modify, and develop programs to ensure compliance with National, State, and Local regulatory guidelines.
  • The EHC will be responsible for implementing these programs and training staff, leaders, and employees in the employee clinic.
  • The EHC will act as a liaison between the employee health clinic, Human Resources, and Workers Compensation Department.
  • The EHC shall maintain and present data regarding employee safety.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Required qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of AOHP guidelines and standard of care
