Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead with compassionate patient care in the Clinical Decision Unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with thorough documentation.
• Serve as communication hub between patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Identify variances from patient goals and champion practical solutions.
• Provide patient and family education to support health decisions.
• Deliver diverse nursing services within CDU and adapt to patient needs.
