Job summary

Capital Health in Trenton, NJ is seeking an experienced RN for our Outpatient Specialty Practice in OB/GYN to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

The role includes assisting physicians, performing nursing care, administering vaccines and injections, triaging calls, documenting, and supporting patient education while upholding our standards of compassionate, high-quality care. Qualifications

• Associate degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• NJ or PA RN license; must attain second out-of-state RN license within three months from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment modalities to ambulatory patients.
• Assist LIP with procedures and wound care; manage specimens and documentation.
• Administer medications and vaccines per protocol; call in prescriptions as directed.
• Triage patient calls and schedule appointments per ambulatory protocol.
• Document patient histories, vital signs, and education provided.
• Maintain competency and participate in quality assurance activities.
