Job summary
Avita Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the OB Department at Avita Ontario Hospital in Ontario, OH. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, ensuring continuity of care across shifts and supervising support staff.

Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- STABLE certification.
- NRP certification.
- Previous nursing experience in OB nursing.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in the unit.
- Ensure continuity of care across shifts; supervise nursing assistants, LPNs and support staff.
- Provide patient and family teaching and advocate for patients aligned with the organization’s mission.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our OB Department at our Ontariolocation.
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of patients within the nursing unit. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the patients between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by nursing assistants, LPNs and supportive staff members. Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the organization’s mission.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
