Avita Health System is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Orthopedics Department at the Ontario location in Ohio. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients, while actively engaging in patient and family education.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification.
• Two or more years of previous experience working in a physician clinic/office.

• Participates in patient and family teaching.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Orthopedics Department at our Ontario location.

Required:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification.
