Job summary

RCM Health Care Services in New York City is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to support individuals in residential programs across NYC. The RN will coordinate healthcare services, supervise staff, and ensure the well-being of individuals served.

The role requires NY State RN license, CPR/BLS, strong communication, and ability to work across multiple program sites. Prior community-based health experience is preferred. Willingness to travel between sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on healthcare services as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Arrange medical services and issue referrals as needed.
• Provide follow-up care for medical concerns.
• Train staff on medication administration, hygiene, infection control, and first aid.
• Monitor infectious disease control protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments and conduct home visits.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and supervise staff in medication administration.
