Job summary

Bridgewater Healthcare Center in Carmel, IN is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Unit Manager to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and to oversee daily operations of the unit on a 24-hour basis.

As a Nursing Unit Manager you will lead nursing staff, ensure quality care for residents, and collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe and supportive environment. Indiana RN licensure and 2–5 years of supervisory/management and long-term care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Indiana.
• 2–5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.
