Bridgewater Healthcare Center in Carmel, IN is seeking an LPN Nursing Unit Manager with heart and empathy to lead a patient‑centered unit and support residents and their families. You will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit on a 24‑hour basis.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana required.
• 2–5 years of Supervisory/Management experience.
