CommuniCare Health Services' Martinsburg Healthcare Center in West Virginia seeks an RN Nursing Unit Manager to lead the unit’s clinical operations. You will be accountable for 24-hour leadership, staff supervision, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting, with a focus on compassion and regulatory compliance.

The role requires WV RN licensure and 2–5 years of supervisory experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia
• 2 - 5 years Supervisory/Management experience
• Previous Long Term Care Experience
