Job summary

CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking an RN Nursing Unit Manager with heart and leadership to oversee a nursing unit in Bridgeport, WV. This PRN position handles 7am-7pm shifts with a focus on compassionate care and efficient operations.

The role requires a West Virginia RN license and 2–5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in long-term care. You will guide clinical staff and ensure patient-centered care around the clock.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia.
• 2–5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Previous Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing unit on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
