Responsibilities:
The Residential Nursing Team Leader at Multicultural Community Services (MCS) is responsible for overseeing the nursing team's systems and service delivery across the residential program. This role includes supervising other nurses within the residential program, coordinating with the Clinical Director, and ensuring that holistic care is effectively delivered in collaboration with the Positive Behavior Support (PBS) clinicians.
