Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state with active registration.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience with dementia population desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: supervise nursing care and personnel across units; conduct rounds; monitor residents and communicate changes.
• Staff Support & Operations: assist with staffing, coach staff, ensure documentation and workflows are complete.
• Quality & Compliance: maintain CMS standards, infection prevention, incident response, and survey readiness.
