CommuniCare Health Services seeks an RN Supervisor for Great Lakes Healthcare Center in Dyer, IN. This is a part-time weekend position. You will provide care to residents and support our staff to maintain a patient-centered, high-quality standard of care.

Qualified candidates hold a Registered Nurse license in Indiana, have long-term care supervision experience, and completed an accredited RN program. Benefits include daily pay, medical/dental/vision, LTD/STD, and a 401(k) match.
