Job summary

Wyant Woods Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, seeks an RN Night Supervisor to lead care on the night shift for a 180-bed facility. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure adherence to clinical standards with a compassionate approach.

Candidate must hold an Ohio RN license and have prior long-term care supervisory experience. Competitive benefits are offered, including daily pay options and retirement plan features to support staff

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Ohio; prior long-term care nursing experience required.
• Minimum nursing degree from an accredited program and RN program completion.
• Prior supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations during night shift and support nursing staff.
• Take a hands-on leadership role, stepping in as needed while ensuring patient-centered care.

Wyant Woods Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Night Supervisor with heart, empathy, and a little extra love to provide care to our patients & support our staff. You will be overseeing our 180 bed facility as the Supervisor and will only take a cart when necessary. Primary responsibility is to manage the facility.

Qualifications & Experience

Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. Previous Long Term Care nursing experience required. Previous supervisory/management experience required. Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university and be a graduate of an approved RN Program.
