Qualifications

• RN leadership and supervision abilities required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with active RN license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care and staff assignments per policy and as directed by DON/Administrator.
• Administer medications as ordered and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges; support transportation arrangements.
• Provide nursing reports at shift changes and communicate resident status to DON.
