Hagerstown Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care on evening or night shifts.

You will ensure adequate staffing, participate in training, develop shift assignments, monitor performance, manage resources, and maintain accurate resident records in the EHR while promoting quality, safe care.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current RN license in the state where the center is located.
• Minimum Nursing degree from an accredited college or university; graduate of an approved RN program.
• Experience in long-term care and supervisory/management roles.

Aufgaben

• Ensure sufficient nursing staffing to deliver quality resident care.
• Orient and train new employees and participate in ongoing training.
• Develop shift assignments and monitor performance to meet nursing standards.
• Assist in scheduling and communicate with staff across shifts.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and keep leadership informed.
• Review reports and follow up on resident care and related matters.
• Contribute to performance evaluations and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure resident needs are met.
• Lead the nursing team to uphold quality care and assist with care plans.
