Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Temple, TX is seeking a Nursing Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role. Hours are 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within first 6 months of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel and act as a resource and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care and maintain standards of patient care.
• Document accurately using EPIC and ensure continuity of care under CNO guidance.
• Transcribe and process medical orders correctly.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and patient/family teaching.
