Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. Hours: 6:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m., with hourly pay range of $39.38–$53.00, and compensation depending on years of experience.

Expect thorough orientation, EPIC documentation, and patient-focused care. Minimum qualifications include a valid state RN license and BLS at hire.

Qualifikationen

• Valid State RN license and BLS required at hire.
• Preferred BSN degree or enrollment in BSN program.
• Clinical nursing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
