Riverfront Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center Center in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing services for residents. You will provide direct care, administer treatments and medications, and organize daily assignments for direct care staff in line with each resident's assessment and plan of care.

You will supervise staff, ensure flow of care, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold resident rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in LTC nursing management.
• NJ Registered Nurse license required.
• Knowledge of geriatric and chronic care nursing principles.

Responsibilities

• Makes daily compliance rounds on units at shift start and end.
• Oversees delivery of care and staff performance.
• Supervises direct care staff and assigns resident care tasks.
• Administers treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Ensures flow of care follows facility policies.
• Maintains resident rights and confidentiality at all times.
• Interacts with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Adheres to laws and regulations affecting nursing facilities.
