Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care activities during shifts under the Director of Nursing.
• Maintain current resident care plans for all residents under care.
• Follow physician orders and provide complete nursing care and treatments.
• Transcribe physician orders promptly and accurately.
• Review patient records daily for accuracy and completeness.
• Document thorough nursing notes and monitor residents' status.
• Oversee Charge Nurse and CNA performance.
• Initiate emergency procedures as necessary.
