Job summary

CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi - Shoreline is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role supports the Director in planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating nursing department processes and programs to strengthen services and align with strategic business plans.

The supervisor will lead daily operations of the Nursing department on a 24-hour basis, collaborate with other clinical and ancillary departments, and ensure service

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
• Previous Lead or Supervisor experience overseeing work of assigned units, preferred.
• Previous healthcare management experience preferred.
• BLS required.
• RN License in state of employment or compact.
