Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing teams on a three 12-hour night shift schedule with rotating weekends.

The role focuses on patient care quality, staff development, and efficient unit operations in a high-acuity setting. A minimum of two years of RN Med/Surg/PCU experience and one year as Charge RN are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; RN license required.
• Two years of hospital Med/Surg/PCU RN experience.
• One year of Charge RN or higher leadership experience.
• BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise healthcare professionals to ensure high patient care levels.
• Oversee operations, productivity, and resource distribution.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
