Are you an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to advance your career? We are seeking qualified RN Nursing Supervisors to plan and implement our overall nursing policies, procedures, and services for a long-term care facility.

These positions are for 7P-7A with an Every Other Weekend requirement. This is a 3/4 rotating schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate nurse schedules
• Assign patients to nurses
• Ensure adherence to all relevant nursing standards
• Maintain quality assurance of nursing documentation and client records
• Create reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures
• Educate and train new nurses
• Evaluate nurses’ engagement and performance
• Inform patients' family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions
• Provide psychological and emotional support to patients and their families
• Provide clinical expertise in managing medical and psychiatric emergencies

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience as a Nursing Supervisor
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum)
• Additional certification in healthcare administration is advantageous
• Valid nursing license
• In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures
• Outstanding patient management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving attitude with a positive outlook
