JMA Pediatrics in West Cary, NC is seeking a full-time RN Nursing Supervisor to help oversee clinic operations at 5029 Arco Street. The role emphasizes timely patient care, staff training, budgeting, and compliance to policies.

You will lead clinical staff, manage scheduling and performance reviews, facilitate EMR implementation, and provide cross-coverage as needed. A current NC RN license and CPR/BLS are required, pediatrics experience a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and efficient patient care and clinic workflow.

• Assist with budget development, compliance, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain EMR systems and processes.
• Provide cross-coverage for weekends and other facilities as needed.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Practice Administrator.

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor Is Responsible For

• Timely and efficient patient care, including monitoring of clinic/provider schedules for effective workflow;
• Assures that clinical staff are properly trained regarding the clinical care of patients. Facilitates training and education;
• Manages ordering and maintenance of supplies and equipment and is fiscally responsible. Assist with budget development, compliance, and reporting as necessary;
• Multitasking of duties while making critical clinical decisions to help facilitate the needs in clinic;
• Assures appropriate staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, hiring, terminating, training, and discipline within area of responsibility/licensure and with the consent of Clinical Manager, Partners and the Practice Administrator;
• Assures compliance to all office and clinical policies and procedures with fair and accurate monitoring. Assists in development and maintenance of policies and procedures;
• Develop, facilitate, and support implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records system;
• Provides intermittent audits of clinical processes and able to promote staff development and training with timely feedback;
• Provide cross coverage for weekends and other facilities as required.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of North Carolina.
• Must have current CPR, BLS certification.
• Clinical Leadership and Supervisory experience.
• Nursing experience.
• Pediatrics experience a plus!
