Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and update nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Participate in QA, infection control, safety, and committee activities.
• Plan discharge and care with residents and families.
• Monitor staffing, performance, and report to the Director.
