Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess an unencumbered RN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• CPR certification; PCC knowledge preferred.
• Experience in long-term care setting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty in line with applicable standards.
• Assist DON/ADON and help develop, maintain, and update nursing policies and procedures.
• Lead committees and coordinate care plans, discharge planning, and QA activities.
• Ensure adequate staffing and oversee medication administration and resident care delivery.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and communications with physicians, residents, and families.
• Support training and development of nursing staff and participate in performance evaluations.
