The ideal candidate holds a BSN or related degree, Ohio license, two years in the field, and teaching or curriculum development experience. The position emphasizes student mentorship and collaboration with faculty to improve curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline required (e.g., BSN).
• Active, unrestricted licensure in the State of Ohio.
• CPR certification required with RN licensure, if applicable for nursing faculty.
• Minimum two years in related field.
• Teaching experience in collegiate or university setting preferred.
• Curriculum development experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Active involvement in professional and community organizations.

• Maintains communication with Clinical Instructors/Preceptors and manages student evaluations.
• Participates in professional activities and scholarly work.
• Maintains records per FERPA and confidentiality policies.
