Trinity Health's Mount Carmel College of Nursing seeks an Instructor to educate nursing students in alignment with the mission and strategic plan. The role includes evaluating academic progress and advising students on academic paths.

The instructor will uphold service excellence, contribute to curriculum development, maintain FERPA-compliant records, and mentor new faculty while collaborating with departmental leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline required (e.g., BSN).
• Master's degree in appropriate discipline preferred.
• Current active unrestricted licensure in Ohio (RN) required for nursing faculty.
• CPR certification required with RN licensure, if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Exhibits Mount Carmel Service Excellence Behavior Standards and ensures professional environment.
• Provides nursing care/supervision in classroom, lab, and clinical settings and mentors students.
• Develops, assesses, and revises program curriculum in collaboration with faculty leadership.
• Maintains records per college policies and FERPA confidentiality; participates in peer review.
